Usage

Overview

In this section, admin users can view the platform's current plan details and usage statistics:

• Data Transfer: The amount of data (bandwidth) used in GB, along with the included limit.
• Data Storage: The amount of data storage used, and what is included in the plan.
• Registered Users: The total number of users, along with the included limit.
• Active Customers or Subscribers: The number of active customers or subscribers, with the included amount. A customer/subscriber is defined as a user with at least one active order.
• Video Encoding: The total number of video encoding hours used, along with the included limit.

Level of Permission (Roles)

Available to Tenant and Super Admin users.
