Level of Permission (Roles)

Available to Tenant, Super Admin, Admin and Analytics Specialist users.

Overview

The section displays a list of the registered users within the platform (Organization). The list includes details such as usernames, email addresses, status, and registration dates.

Administrators have the ability to export the list of users in csv by clicking on the Export button.

The interface provides a search bar prominently displayed at the top, so users can enter usernames or email addresses related to the user they are looking for.

• Avatar: user's profile image. If the user has not added a profile image, then an avatar with the first letter of the user's email will be displayed.
• Key icon: identifies Administrator users.
• Username: user's username.
• Email: user's email address.
• Status: account status:
  • Active: means the email has been verified and the account is active.
  • Inactive: means the email has not been verified yet and the account is inactive.
• Join date: date of the account creation.
• Eye icon: displays detailed information about a specific user.

Profile

The Profile tab provides the following information:

• Avatar;
• Username;
• Email;
• Status;
• Date of Birth;
• Custom fields: if any custom fields have been added to the Organization, they will be displayed here;
• Password Reset: ability to send a password reset email to the user, so he can reset the password;

In this tab, admin users have access to the user's most recent sessions, with the following information:

• Application: where the session occurred (Webapp, Portal, Mobile);
• Started at: date the session started;
• Updated at: date the session was updated;
• Provider: Facebook, Google or N/A (if email was used);
• City;
• State;
• Country;
• Status: status of the session.

Content Analytics

In this tab, you'll discover analytics detailing the content consumed by the user.

Insights

• Total watch time;
• Total views

Content

A comprehensive list showcasing all content watched by the user, including title, type, category, total watch time, duration, and date.

Charts

• Watch time by days: a graph that displays the total watch time by days in the last 7 days;
• Watch time by videos: a graph that displays the 7 most watched videos (by total watch time).

Revenue

In the Revenue tab, you'll find details of all orders placed by the user, including date, product, type, status, and price.
