This section refers to the collection and analysis of data related to the usage, performance, and engagement of live events. It provides insights that can guide administrators in making data-driven decisions to optimize content, enhance user engagement, and achieve specific business goals.

Insights

• Finished Lives: the total number of completed live events for a channel.
• Total Views: The total number of views for live events on a channel.
• Total Watch Time: The total watch time for live events on a channel.

Monthly Views

The graph provides a quick snapshot of the total number of views by month in the last 12 months.

Daily Views

Similar to the metric above, it provides the total number of views by day in the last 7 days.

Watch Time (last 12 months)

Top Livestreams (By Watch Time)

A list with the top 10 live events based on the total watch time, with the ability to export the list (csv) .

Top Livestreams (By Views)

A list with the top 10 live events based on the total views, with the ability to export the list (csv) .

Content

A list of all live events for a channel that have watch time, along with their respective total watch time. Administrators can export this list.

Level of Permission (Roles)

Available to Tenant, Super Admin, Admin and Analytics Specialist users.
