Push Notifications

Level of Permission (Roles)

Available to Tenant, Super Admin, Admin and Content Manager users.

In this section, administrators can send push notifications to users of the platform.

A list of all push notifications is displayed with status (Sent, Sending, Error), title and date.

To create a push notification, click on the New Push Notification button.

Item	Description
Cancel	Cancel button. Clicking on it will take you back to the Push Notifications screen. The push notification will not be created.
Send	Send button. If all validation criteria is met, the new push notification is created.
Title	Push notification title. It is a required field, max of 150 characters. The amount of characters displayed will depend on the device: - Mobile: About 25-50 character limit - Web: About 60-80 character limit
Message	Push notification title. It is a required field, max of 250 characters. The amount of characters displayed will depend on the device: - Mobile and Web: About 150 character limit
Image	Image container. It shows the image selected. It is an optional field and can be uploaded from your computer or from the Upload Center. This will populate the large image for all applicable platforms. Recommended image size: 1440x720 pixels or 2:1 aspect ratio. Supports: png, jpg.
Launch URL	The URL a user will be directed when clicking the push. It can be an http/https URL.
Platform Settings	All available platforms. Toggles are disabled by default.
Preview	Preview section for Windows and MacOS.
