Introduction

Overview

The is a web-based interface that provides administrative users access to tools for managing the content and settings of their FanHero Platform. It allows platform administrators to configure the viewer facing application, create manage channels, update channel content, monitor activities, and make data-driven decisions.

Roles & Permissions

Roles and permissions play a crucial role in controlling access and defining the level of permissions that Administrative Users have within the platform. They help ensure that users only have access to the features, functions, and data that are relevant to their responsibilities and privileges.

Only Administrative Users can log into the White Label Video Portal. Here's an overview of the available roles and their permissions:

Tenant

This is the user that represents the Organization (the owner of the platform). It is the highest role, with full access and control. This is the only role with access to Usage/Billing.

This role is not channel specific and there is only 1 Tenant user per Organization.

Super Admin

A privileged user with elevated access and control over the entire platform. Along with Tenant users, they have the highest level of authority and permissions within the system.

This role is not channel specific.

Admin

A user with extensive control and responsibility over certain channel-related functions and features. Admin users don't have permissions to view and/or edit anything that is related to the Organization.

This role is channel specific.

Content Manager

A user with access to manage and moderate all content within the platform. They can create, edit, and organize content categories, posts, and live events.

This role is channel specific.

Live Manager

A user with access to manage - create, edit, organize - all live events.

This role is channel specific.

Billing Analyst

A user with access to view and manage the Revenue section, playing a crucial role in the financial management of the platform, ensuring accurate billing and tracking revenue.

This role is channel specific.

Analytics Specialist

A user with full access to analytics and reporting features, which provide insights into platform usage, user engagement, and content performance. They monitor the platform's performance and optimize its effectiveness.
